 How can resolve problem occ IGBT short circuit between upper and lower bridge fault in delta VJ series Drive ?

Cause : IGBT short circuit between upper and lower bridge.

Short-circuit is detected between the upper and lower bridge of the IGBT module.

Check the motor wiring
