F0038 Power Module W Fault fault in weg drive

Cause: IGBT desaturation or short-circuit detected in Phase W output.

Remedy:

• Disconnect motor and check for short circuits between phases or ground.
• Check motor cable insulation.
• Contact support if fault persists without motor connected.
