OPF2 Output Phase Loss Fault in Schneider drive indicates that one or more of the output phases are missing or have a significant imbalance. This means the drive has detected a loss of all three phase currents to the motor.

 

1. Inspect Wiring and Connections:

Output Wiring: Check the wiring from the drive to the motor for any loose or disconnected wires. Ensure all connections are secure and properly terminated.

Continuity Check: Use a multimeter to check for continuity in the output wires. Ensure there are no breaks or disconnections.

2. Check Motor Connections:

• Motor Terminals: Inspect the motor terminals for loose or corroded connections. Tighten any loose connections and clean any corrosion.
• Internal Motor Wiring: If possible, check the internal wiring of the motor for any issues that might cause a phase loss. 

 3. Inspect Fuses and Circuit Breakers:

• Check any fuses in the drive's output circuit. Replace any blown fuses with ones of the correct rating.
• Ensure that any circuit breakers are in good condition and have not tripped.
