cF3 Terminal Hardware Error fault in delta drive

cF3 Terminal Hardware Error fault in delta drive troubleshooting

Description

cF3 indicates a failure in the DC Interface or terminal sensing circuit. It typically occurs on startup when the drive checks voltage and current path integrity before engaging the PWM.

Causes

1. Loose Terminal: The internal screws connecting the power board to the terminals are loose.
2. Current Sensor: The Hall Effect sensor wire is disconnected internally.
3. Board Fault: The detection circuit on the control board is damaged.

Solution

Internal check:
1. Tighten: Ensure all power connections are torqued.
2. Service: This is usually a board-level failure requiring drive repair or replacement.
