CP10 Param Copy Error fault in delta drive
CP10 Param Copy Error fault in delta drive troubleshooting
Description
CP10 occurs specifically when using the keypad to write parameters to the drive. It indicates a data validation failure. The saved file in the keypad might be corrupted or for a different drive firmware version.
Causes
1. Version Mismatch: Trying to copy parameters from Firmware V1.0 to Firmware V2.0.
2. Corrupt Flash: The keypad memory is bad.
3. Write Protection: The target drive has "Password Protection" or "Parameter Lock" enabled.
Solution
Clear protection:
1. Unlock Drive: Ensure Password (00-08) is cleared (set to 0) on the target drive.
2. Re-read: Try reading (saving) the parameters from the source drive again to ensure the copy is clean.
3. Manual: If versions differ, you must manually program the differences.
