Err 13.0 Main power supply under-voltage fault in panasonic drive

Cause: Main power voltage (L1, L2, L3) dropped below the specified limit (e.g., below 160VAC for 200V class) or a phase is missing.

Remedy:

• Check for loose terminal screws on L1, L2, L3.
• Check for blown fuses or tripped breakers upstream.
• If using single-phase power on a 3-phase drive, ensure you are connected to the correct terminals (L1, L3) and parameter Pr0.02 is set correctly.
• Reset the power supply and check for "soft start" resistor failure.
