Err 13.1 Main power supply phase loss fault in panasonic drive

Cause: One phase of the 3-phase input is missing (L1, L2, or L3 is open) while the drive is configured for 3-phase input.

Remedy:

• Measure voltage between L1-L2, L2-L3, and L1-L3.
• Check for a loose wire or bad contact on the magnetic contactor.
• If running on single-phase intentionally, change parameter Pr0.02 to "1" (Single-phase mode).
