Err 14.1 IPM error protection fault in panasonic drive

Cause: The Intelligent Power Module (IPM) detected a hardware abnormality (over-current or thermal shutdown) internally.

Remedy:

• Check for short circuits in the motor cable output.
• Check if the ambient temperature is extremely high (>55°C).
• This often indicates a hardware failure in the drive's power stage; replace the servo driver.
