Err 15.0 Over-heat protection fault in panasonic drive

Cause: The drive's heat sink or power module temperature exceeded 95°C-100°C.

Remedy:

• Check if the cooling fan is stopped or clogged with dust.
• Ensure adequate clearance around the drive for airflow (top/bottom).
• Reduce the effective load (duty cycle) or increase acceleration/deceleration times.
• Measure ambient temperature inside the cabinet.
