Err 16.0 Over-load protection fault in panasonic drive

Cause: The torque command exceeded the value in Pr5.12 (Overload level) for a duration exceeding the time constant.

Remedy:

• Check if the machine has collided or is mechanically heavy/jammed.
• Check if the electromagnetic brake is engaged while moving.
• Monitor the "Torque Monitor" value; if it's near 100% constantly, upgrade the motor capacity.
• Verify Inertia Ratio (Pr0.04) is set correctly for the load.
