Err 16.1 Torque saturation protection fault in panasonic drive

Cause: The motor remained at maximum torque for a time exceeding Pr6.57 without completing the move.

Remedy:

• Check for mechanical locking (machine hit a hard stop).
• Verify wiring phases U, V, W are not swapped (motor trying to run backward but forced forward).
• Increase the torque limit settings (Pr0.13, Pr5.22).
