Err 18.0 Over-regeneration load protection fault in panasonic drive

Cause: Regenerative energy from braking exceeded the capacity of the internal or external resistor.

Remedy:

• Increase deceleration time to reduce energy spike.
• Reduce the frequency of Start/Stop cycles.
• Install an external regenerative resistor and set Pr0.16 to "1" or "2".
• Check if the existing resistor is burnt out (open circuit).
