Err 18.1 Regeneration transistor error fault in panasonic drive

Cause: The drive's internal transistor that switches the braking resistor is damaged.

Remedy:

• This is a hardware failure.
• Check if the external resistor has a short circuit before replacing the drive (to prevent blowing the new one).
• Replace the servo driver.
