Err 24.1 Speed deviation excess fault in panasonic drive

Cause: The difference between internal speed command and actual speed is too large (Internal velocity error).

Remedy:

• Increase Speed Loop Gain (Pr1.01).
• Increase acceleration/deceleration time to allow the motor to keep up.
• Reduce the load inertia ratio setting if it is set too high.
