Cause: Both Forward (POT) and Reverse (NOT) drive prohibition inputs are ON simultaneously, or logic is inverted.

Remedy:

• Check wiring of limit switches connected to SI inputs.
• Check input signal logic settings (Pr5.04, Pr5.05). A value of "1" is Normally Open, "0" is Normally Closed.
• Verify 12V-24V power supply to the I/O connector (Control Common).
