F01003: Acknowledgment delay when accessing the memory fault in siemens drive indicates that the a memory area was accessed that did not return a "READY" signal in time. 

Cause: This can indicate a hardware defect on the Control Unit.
Remedy: Carry out a POWER ON (switch-off/switch-on) for all components. If the fault persists, the Control Unit may need to be replaced.
