Cause
1. Regenerative energy too high (braking too fast).
2. Braking resistor missing or damaged.
3. Supply voltage too high.
Remedy
- Increase ramp-down time.
- Install a braking resistor or braking module.
- Check input voltage supply.
- Activate Vdc-max controller.
