F07409 Speed Controller Output Limited fault in siemens drive

F07409 Speed Controller Output Limited fault in siemens drive indicates that the speed controller is hitting the torque/current limits constantly. 

Cause 

1. Motor cannot move the load.
2. P-Gain too high causing saturation. 

Remedy 

- Check for mechanical blocking. 
- Reduce acceleration rate. 
- Tune speed controller.
