F07901: Motor overspeed fault in siemens drive indicates that the maximum permissible motor speed has been exceeded. 

Cause: Incorrect parameterization of the maximum speed or a problem with the speed control loop.
Remedy: Check the maximum speed parameter (p1082) and the speed controller tuning.
