F07902 Motor Stalled fault in siemens drive indicates that the motor is not following the speed ramp and has likely stalled. 

Cause: 
- Torque limit too low for the load. 
- Ramp up time too short. 

Remedy: Increase torque limits. Increase ramp up time.
