 Fault 3181 in ABB ACS560 Drive ?

3181 fault in ABB ACS560 drive is wiring or earth fault due to Incorrect input power and motor cable connection (ie. input power cable is connected to drive motor connection)

1.Check power supply cable and motor cable.

2.Check input power connections.

It is programmable fault: 31.23 Wiring or earth fault.(don't disable drive may be damage).

    7122 Motor overload Fault in ABB ACS560 Drive
    Cause : Motor current is too high.

    1. Check for overloaded motor.

    2. Adjust the parameters used for the motor overload function.

    (35.51…35.53, 35.55, 35.56)
