 Fault 3381 in ABB ACS560 Drive ?

3381 fault is Output phase loss due to Motor circuit fault due to missing motor connection (any of the three phases not connected).

1.Check motor cable.

If you run drive with motor of low rating motor as compare to drive then this fault comes.

This fault can be disable by parameter

Programmable fault: 31.19(Motor phase loss) - 0 (no action/disable)
