F07409 Speed Controller Output Limited fault in siemens drive indicates that t he speed controller is hitting the torque/current limits constantly.   Cause   1. Motor cannot move the load. 2. P-Gain too high causing saturation.   Remedy   - Check for mechanical blocking.  - Reduce acceleration rate.  - Tune speed controller.

F08510 Send Configuration Data Invalid fault in siemens drive indicates that t he d ata length or format sent to PLC does not match the hardware configuration in the PLC.   Cause :  The "Telegram" type in the drive (p0922) does not match the GSD/Project in the PLC.   Remedy :  Match the Telegram types (e.g., Telegram 105) in both Drive and PLC HW Config.

F01340 Topology: Component Changed fault in siemens drive indicates that t he physical DRIVE-CLiQ wiring does not match the saved topology.   Cause :  A component (Motor Module/Sensor Module) was moved to a different port.   Remedy :  Correct wiring to match project OR update topology in Starter/Startdrive.

F07904 Motor Locked During Speed Search fault in siemens drive indicates that t he "flying restart" is active, the drive detected the motor is locked.   Cause: Mechanical brake still engaged. High static friction.   Remedy :  Ensure brake opens before search begins.

F01707 SOS (Safe Operating Stop) Exceeded fault in siemens drive indicates that  the motor moved more than the tolerance.   Cause   1. Control loop gains too low (drift). 2. External force moved the axis.   Remedy -  Increase position controller gain.  - Increase SOS tolerance window (p9530).

F30805 Power Unit: EPROM Checksum Error fault in siemens drive indicates that t he d ata in the Power Module's internal memory is corrupted.   Cause: Electrical noise/spikes during power up. Defective hardware.   Remedy :  Replace Power Module.

F31125 Encoder: Absolute Position Invalid fault in siemens drive indicates that t he absolute position track (EnDat/SSI) is giving an error.   Cause   1. Encoder battery dead (if applicable). 2. Glass scale dirty/cracked.   Remedy:  - Check absolute encoder alignment.  - Replace encoder.
