3210 fault is DC link overvoltage excessive intermediate circuit DC voltage.

1.Check that the supply voltage matches the nominal input voltage of the drive.

2.Check brake chopper and resistor (if present).

Also check DC voltage in DC terminal of drive and compare with actual DC voltage in drive parameter.
