 Fault 3220 in ABB ACS560 Drive ?

3220 fault is DC link undervoltage due to intermediate circuit DC voltage is not sufficient because of a missing supply phase, blown fuse or fault in the rectifier bridge.

  1. Check supply cabling & fuses.
  2. Check rectifier using multimeter.
  3. Check main supply voltage.

If input supply is ok then drive rectifier faulty using multimeter.

If rectifier and supply are ok then DC sensing circuit faulty.
