F0021 fault in siemens micromaster 440 or MM440 drive

How can resolve problem F0021 fault in siemens micromaster 440 or MM440 drive ?

Cause : Earth fault. Fault occurs if the sum of the phase currents is higher than 5 % of the nominal inverter current.
