f0003 fault in abb drive

 How can resolve problem F0003 Fault in ABB Drive ?

Drive heatsink is overheated. Temperature is at or above limit.
R1...R4: 115 °C (239 °F)
R5, R6: 125 °C (257 °F)
Check for and correct:
• Fan failure.
• Obstructions in the air flow.
• Dirt or dust coating on the heat sink.
• Excessive ambient temperature.
• Excessive motor load.
