A0137 alarm in WEG CFW500 Drive indicates a DeviceNet Connection Timeout. This means the DeviceNet network stopped polling the inverter before the safety timeout expired. 

Cause:

  • Problem with the network master status.
  • Issues in the network installation, broken cable, or poor contact on the network connections/grounding.


Remedy:

Verify the DeviceNet master status. Check general cable routing, connection shield lines, and grounding terminals.
