E00 Output Overcurrent fault in Weg CFW-08 Drive

E00 fault in Weg CFW-08 Drive indicates Output Overcurrent. This means the inverter's output current has exceeded the safe threshold during the motor's operation or acceleration phase.Cause:Short-circuit between two motor phases.Short-circuit between ground and one or more output phases.Motor cable capacitance to ground too high, causing peak current at the output.Inertia of the load too high, or acceleration ramp too short.P169 set too high.Undue set of P136 and/or P137 (in V/F control).Undue set of P178 and/or P409 (in vector control).IGBT transistor module is short-circuited.Remedy:Check wiring for short circuits. Check motor insulation. Adjust parameters P169, P136, P137, P178, or P409. Increase acceleration time. Note regarding long cables (>50m):High capacitance can cause E00. To fix: 1. Reduce switching frequency (P297). 2. Connect a load reactor in series with motor supply line (Refer to Section 8.16). Reset Method: Power-on, Manual, Auto-reset, or DI.
