Err03 fault in Emotron VS Series Drive
Err03 fault indicates Constant-speed overcurrent. This means the inverter's output current has exceeded the safe threshold while the motor was operating at a steady, constant speed.
Possible Causes:
1: The output circuit is grounded or short circuited.
2: The voltage is too low.
3: A sudden load is added during operation.
4: The AC drive model is of too small power class.
Solutions:
1: Eliminate external faults.
2: Adjust the voltage to normal range.
3: Remove the added load.
4: Select an AC drive of higher power class.
