F0032 fault in WEG CFW500 Drive

F0032 fault in WEG CFW500 Drive indicates a Fault in the Plug-in Module Connection. This means the plugin module was unexpectedly disconnected or seated improperly while the drive was powered. 

Cause:

  • Plug-In Module was unplugged while inverter power was active.
  • Plug-In Module is damaged or not properly connected.
  • Problem in module identification (refer to P0027).


Remedy:

Ensure drive power is isolated before disconnecting accessory cards. Inspect the plugin board pins and re-seat correctly.
