F0033 fault in WEG CFW500 Drive

F0033 fault in WEG CFW500 Drive indicates a Self-tuning Fault. This means the inverter failed to accurately measure the motor's stator resistance during the automatic setup procedure. 

Cause:

  • Stator resistance value in parameter P0409 does not comply with the inverter power rating.
  • Motor connection error.
  • Connected motor power rating is too low or too high in relation to the inverter capacity.


Remedy:

Turn off the power supply and inspect all connections at the motor terminal box. Verify if stator resistance parameter P0409 and motor power ratings are configured correctly.
