F0151 fault in WEG CFW500 Drive indicates an Incompatible Main Software Version. This means there is a firmware mismatch between the main control board and the plug-in module memory. 

Cause:

  • Blank memory on plug-in module (first power-up).
  • Data backup fault during power-down.


Remedy:

Synchronize the database of the control unit with the plugin card memory.
