F0169 fault in WEG CFW500 Drive indicates the Speed Error is too High. This means the actual motor speed deviated significantly from the commanded speed for too long, indicating a stalled or bound motor. 

Cause:

  • The inverter has operated in Torque Current Limitation mode for too long.


Remedy:

Check if the motor is stalled or heavily overloaded. Verify load status. If appropriate, adjust torque current limits in P0360 and verify parameter P0361.
