oC3 fault in Emotron VSB Drive
oC3 fault indicates Decel overcurrent. This means the inverter's output current has exceeded the safe threshold during the motor's deceleration phase.
Possible Causes:
1: Output short circuit (phase-to-phase short circuit or output ground short circuit).
2: Load inertia is too big.
3: Decel time is too short.
4: Input voltage is too low.
Solutions:
1: Check motor connection and output ground impedance.
2: Use dynamic brake.
3: Prolong the Decel time.
4: Check power grid voltage.
