vfd overcurrent fault

Cause : Output current has exceeded internal fault limit. Check for and correct excessive motor load. Insufficient acceleration time etc.  Check for and correct:

1. Excessive motor load.

2. Insufficient acceleration time 

3. Faulty motor, motor cables or connections.

4. Check drive rectifier & IGBT using multimeter.

5. Check wiring.

6. Check drive hardware using multimeter.
