Cause:

  • Mismatched message exchange times between the master and slave.
  • Master controller is not sending guarding telegrams within the assigned interval.
  • Transmission delays or signal loss on the communication line.


Remedy:

Check the times set on both master and slave. To prevent conflicts, configure the error detection time on the slave to be a multiple of the master's exchange interval. Verify guarding telegram transmission.
