A0762 alarm in WEG CFW500 Drive indicates a High Level of the Main PID Process Variable. This means the feedback sensor reading has exceeded the maximum programmed process threshold. 

Cause:

  • Parameter P1030 is programmed for 1, and the process variable value has exceeded the threshold in P1033 for the time programmed in P1034.


Remedy:

Check for high limits in the process line (overpressure, high flow, etc.). Verify parameters P1033 and P1034.
